ARTICLE VII
GENERAL
- The VIP is intended to operate as a non-profit organization, as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Procedures for effecting the business of VIP not otherwise set forth herein shall be set forth in the Standing Rules of VIP. Standing Rules shall be enacted, deleted, or amended by a two-thirds vote of the Board.
- The Standing Rules shall include, but are not limited to, the duties of trustees, Officers, and Committee Chairpersons; the composition and function of any and all committees; position descriptions for all production staff; and a production planning calendar.
- Meetings shall be run according to Robert’s Rules of Order, latest edition.
