ARTICLE V
STANDING COMMITTEES
- There shall be no more than five standing committees:
● The Selection Committee
● The Production Committee
● The Consulting/Grants Committee
● The Finance Committee
● The Promotion Committee
- All Trustees shall commit to serving on at least one committee. Participation in a committee is not limited to the members of the Board.
- The President of the Board will appoint a chairperson for each Standing Committee upon his/her election to office.
- Standing Committee Chairpersons will appoint Vice-Chairpersons who will serve as Chairpersons the following fiscal year.
- Standing Committees will meet as needed.
- Any Trustee or VIP may attend the standing Committee meeting as needed.
- Chairpersons of the Standing Committees shall serve on the Executive Committee.
- The Standing Committee shall make recommendations to the Executive Committee as appropriate.
