ARTICLE IV
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
- The Executive Committee shall consist of:
● The Officers as outlined in Article III.
● The Chairpersons of the Standing Committees as outlined in Article V.
● The Executive Committee shall make recommendations to the Board of Trustees as appropriate.
● The Executive Committee will meet as needed.
● A simple majority of the voting members of the Executive Committee shall constitute a quorum.
